Blue Cross Shop

This is my favourite animal charity. They do a wonderful job taking in unwanted pets. The shop has a good variety of goods including their own brands of items just right for Christmas time eg. Cards and calendars .they also have a donation card system so goods taken in can be recorded. I've had many thank you letters for my donations. A nice touch.

Very expensive items in shop, staff not very kind

I bought a pair of lovely boots from blue cross, walked around at home, on carpet, but they were too tight after an hour.
I returned to shop to ask for a refund, because they were £20. I was told they did not accept returns on shoes. The member of staff did not make me aware of this.
I’m really disappointed in the customer care in this shop.
