Recently opened charity shop located in the centre of town. Good shop layout and plenty of space to browse.

Goods are really expensive compared to other local charity shops. The stock is good quality but you could buy similar items just doors away from this shop for much cheaper.

Good if you see a one off item but be prepared to pay over the odds. Definitely not cheap and cheerful, unless buying books which are reasonably priced, in comparison to the rest of the stock.

Doesn't look or feel like a charity shop - clean and spacious, with friendly staff

Amazing staff and some real good deals on some quite premium stock.

Two friends and myself went today, the stock was good and so were the prices. However, the same could not be said for the staff. Seeing as a £5 minimum card spend is now actually illegal, this was politely brought up. The staff serving had a horrible attitude even going as far as to say “if you dont like it go somewhere else” and giving quite frankly terrible customer service. Furthermore, she spoke rather rudely and threatened my friend whilst speaking in what I assume was the store room to another member of staff, swearing and calling her a derogatory word. If you are going to moan about customers, at least do it when you’re not in earshot🙃If this was not charity, I definitely would not have purchased from here. As customers, we are actually well within out rights to state that the minimum spend is not actually legal as of the past few years. Never have I ever seen such a rude manner given towards customers!! Absolutely rude and condescending manner in which she spoke to us. Not impressed, and will not be returning. I think you need to review your staffing choices, as this is not an image a charity would want to portray, seeing as store staff are essentially the face of the brand as they are who customers come into contact with.

Lovely shop, laid out really well with clothes on the right size hangers. So many bargains to be had, which helps the Greyhounds, helps the environment and helps my bank balance. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy coming in here, thank you all

Took the kids into this shop for a potter about. The store manager was a delight - friendly, helpful and we even got a pom pom making tutorial which prompted us to buy lots of wool. Fab shop, clean with a coherent organisation of the stock 😀

The way the manager treats her customers and workers is disgusting.
