Friendly place clean and tidy and some good bargains

Absolutely horrified today by the rudeness and language of a member of staff towards a Syrian refuge lady who was returning an item of clothing to the shop. Then was rude to me as well when I stopped to help her and speak with her in Arabic. Poor show towards our refugee families who come here with so little. Shame on you.
