Best charity shop in Mold

I went into the shop in my lunch hour today because I saw a book in the window display that looked interesting. I walked up to the counter and waited whilst the assistant finished her conversation with someone. Her manner when she noticed me was quite off and rather unfriendly. I felt like I was being looked down on, but chose not to respond in kind.

She bought the book back to the counter and I bought it.

I've worked in customer service for over 30 years in numerous industries in the UK, and have never behaved in such a manner towards my customers (or made assumptions about them). Certainly won't be going into the shop in future. Rather give my custom to the other charity shops in Mold.

Always pop in when I'm in Mold. Great selection!

Great shop in the centre of town. The staff are super helpful and understanding. I asked for advice regarding an item and they were more than happy to help me. Will definitely visit this shop again - for the amazing bargains and nice atmosphere. 10/10

Usually love this shop, but first time coming back after lockdown and it was a complete disappointment, not because of the clothes, but because the staff were ridiculously rude towards me, throwing out judgemental comments about my toddler crying.
