it is such a shame when you try to donate to the British heart foundation and the drivers refuse to take perfectly good items because they to quote cannot buy them ? i had a lovely set of chester draws but it had a mug stain on the top a little bit of wax would have brought it up but the guy refused to take it ? such a pity ..

Friendly staff and a brilliant resource for every room and as they say 'each sale helps to save lives'. My first stop when I need a piece of furniture.

So thankful to the two men who came to my late mother's home. They were so respectful and considerate of her belongings it went from being a dreadful experience to a an acceptable and less emotional experience for me. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and professional manner . I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing a family bereavement it really is very difficult to find this level of compassion and experience in others and it was so needed . For house clearance very competitive price but in all honesty l would have paid any ,because they were the right people to be handling what was much loved by mum and such an integral part of her life for so many years .Lovely staff in the shop too, couldn't be better the whole experience, Thank you BHF Llandudno

I have bought several items for my flat over the last month or so. I think that the shop has a decent selection of furniture - especially tables, chairs and beds. The staff - in my experience - were all very helpful and professional.
Some reviews have remarked that the prices are a little high BUT... what do people expect. They are trying to make money for a very worthy charity and they no doubt have pretty high bills to pay for the location of the shop.
SO... it is unfair to expect that their prices will be as low as stuff that you can get on Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace - if you really want it very cheap then best go elsewhere.
I wish them all the best for the future.

What the hell is gong on in your Llandudno store? I called 2 weeks ago about a wall unit that's slightly over 4ft and I got a call AND an email stating its fine, it'll be taken. I had taken it off fb marketplace and refused others as it was going to charity and moved my bedroom down into the dining room as I cannot climb stairs anymore, my bedroom furniture is piled high until the unit went to make room the delivery guys refused to take it and the manager put the phone down saying we'll never take it over 4ft when it was assured to me they would. I'll be putting this all over social media and I'll never buy or gibe to your "business" again!! I have to painfully sleep on the couch now until I readvertise it, having serious spine disabilities I think it's disgusting
