Fantastic store, I have been going to this store since the day it opened its doors, management and staff are amazing, being the largest charity shop must have some tough challenges but the staff are always busy making sure there is plenty of stock out on a daily basis, I think the only time anybody could have a bad trip here is due to other customers and nothing to do with the store itself or its staff, their prices are always kept low which is how you would expect a charity shop to operate, allowing the customers to find a bargain. I only wish that some parents would control their children and realise the toys for sale section is not a creche while they look elsewhere. I highly recommend this store to anybody. Great Job by all and a credit to Cancer Research UK.

Shop charging ridiculous prices. Think they forget people give this stuff for free. Charity or not needs be more realistic with prices !!!!!!
Won't be going no more, or donating.

I like this store, affordable and have picked up some bargains. The customer service, isnt the best, I've been in there late before for example 5 30 and recall hearing them clearly talking about closing, wanting to close early / on time and making me feel uncomfortable, even though I had £70/80 worth in my 2 baskets and there was others in the store, I spend alot of money here but always feel a cold willunwelcome feeling.

Great shop for picking up bargains for costume, jewellery and shoes. Staff always helpful and friendly. Everything beautifully displayed. Fabulous furniture at great prices too.

Really spacious and well-organised charity shop. Easy to shop as everything is sorted by size and category, and also easy to donate items as they have a dedicated drop off window at the back of the store.

Miserable staff, very ungrateful for donations and that’s IF they are accepting donations!!! I didn’t realise you could select when people could be charitable to a just cause.

I went here just to see if I could find some 2000s vintage stuth and I noticed thay they started to look at me weird and then after I just brushed it off and thought I was paranoid. So then just was curious to see what's in the toy section because I was locking for something for my little sis and again the women were giving me weird looks and acting strange matter of fact I wasent doing anything wrong I was just looking at the toys 1 min later the women proceeds to walk by me and say "stop taking the price tags of the toys"
I was rlly confused because I wasent doing that and I wasent doing anything wrong .
I was accused for no reason never coming back am disgusted.
