Amazing shop with great bargains to be had

Rubbish on times for delivery

Love shopping in the shop, but as for picking up furniture, been left down twice at short notice, 2nd time put furniture out side as needed room for new dining room table, side board been in family for 60 years, now started raining to heavy for me to lift, so upset, won't use them again 🤬🤬🤬 !!!

We phoned Shaw Trust Neath to see if they were interested in some small items of furniture. They said they were. When we arrived at the shop with the items the shop manager made us feel as if we were shop lifters. She wanted to know who said we could bring the furniture in. We quickly established that and a member of staff agreed she had spoken to us. The manager continued to talk to us in a rude manner and finally conceded to accept our donations. There was one item she didn't like and she would bin it.

We will never shop or donate to Shaw Trust Neath ever again. Donate to other worthy causes if you need to. If you want to be insulated go to Shaw Trust!

Phoned ahead and was told they were accepting donations but best to call after 2pm. When I arrived the manager rudely told me they had a back log of donations and we're not accepting any. I told them I'd phoned and she reluctantly agreed to take what is brought. The tone and manner in which I was spoken to was disgraceful and I made it clear that this would be the last donation they would receive from me. For a charity that relies on public goodwill they would do well to replace their so called manager. Never again!

Absolutely amazing. Accepted all my donations been 3 times in the last month and been reay accommodating
