A very nice place to buy second hand furniture, some really good tables and chairs aswell as other furniture. I am not so sure about the second hand televisions although I'm sure they test them all out.

This furniture shop was brimming with great quality furniture of all kinds and we were able to find a sofa and chair that we loved in minutes! Delivery was really quick and the men delivering the sofa were so lovely and got it into the house with no problems! I fully recommend buying a second hand sofa from any BHF store, it was so easy and enjoyable and there are some great pieces to be found!

I have bought everything for my flat at this amazing shop, don't think it's all second hand stuff, most of the stuff I have bought has been brand new and at a great price. The staff also are amazing 👍🏻♥️

The shop is hit or miss - when it's miss it has some really hideous stuff in it but when it's hit it has some great pieces and the staff are very helpful however I was shocked by the delivery men - who were very nice to me - but not to the sofa they delivered - one of the men threw it from the lorry to the ground and simliarly banged and bashed it when inside the house - with no acknoledgement - hey I've just paid £200 for it and it's only made of wood! and that slamming a piece ofr furniture out of the back door of a lorry onto the ground may actually damage or break it - so yes - absolutely buy from there - it's a great resource and obviously helps the enivonment - but if you have transport take it home yourself :-)

Terrible! I arranged a collection of furniture on 5th July 2022. Due to unforseen circumstances I visited the shop on Wednesday 29th June and rearranged that collection for the following Tuesday 12th July.

They turned up to collect the items on the cancelled day Tuesday 5th July explaining they had been trying to ring me. I wasn't expecting collection so I wasnt expecting a call. I explained I had rearranged the collection.

I telephoned the morning of the new collection day Tuesday 12th July to confirm collection was arranged. It was confirmed and I was told the driver would ring me half hour before collection. I do not live at the house, we are emptying it after the sad loss of Mum. I awaited a phone call but did not receive one only to arrive at the house to a "Sorry we missed you" card.

I telephoned immediately to be told there was nothing you could do.

You've missed out on a brand new white single bed with brand new orthopedic Silent Night mattress, we paid over £500 for the mattress alone. Also a gorgeous black gloss Next sideboard in immaculate condition that my parents paid £300 for. Finally a gorgeous nest of 3 tables that match the sideboard that my parents paid £150 for also in immaculate condition.

Someone needs to sort things out there as its emotional enough without being messed around but you are also missing out on valuable donations because of this.

Furniture is very overpriced considering its second hand. You have to be prepared to revisit on a regular basis to find that bargain.
