British Red Cross

Have a whole host of men's and ladies clothing ( all in excellent condition) to donate but have today been told that access to the back of the store is no longer available. Whilst I understand that is not within your control, there was no solution offered, no apology offered for two wasted trips and was then told that they don't really want any donations! I am a very regular donator and felt that it was too much trouble to bother with my phone enquiry. I will take my items elsewhere from now on.

Great thrift shop, lots of cool items.
However, I was there at 09.00 this morning waiting patiently outside the shop. A female member of staff comes to the door with a quizzical look on her face and asks me can she help. I say "you're supposed to be opening at 9 arent you?" She then informs me that according to her its "only 08.50" and I have another 10 mins to kill. I don't notice the clock behind her that reads 09.00 until the door is closed in my face. I wait for another 20 mins while people come and go, scowling at the CLOSED sign and checking there watches and phones. The manager is bright & helpful but some members of staff clearly need to go back to school! 😁 Photo shows CLOSED sign at 09.13.. seven minutes prior to opening 🤷🏻‍♀️
