Agree with the other reviewer. I walked in and was stared at by the "customer service team" like they were zombies. Have requested broken tiles to be resent (as they arrived broken) and now have had to chase this us 3 times despite being told they will be sent. Honestly you guys need to have a good look at your customer service because with tiles at your prices it doesn't match up!

The worst service I have ever had for product that isn't cheap! showroom staff friendly, but very poor communication...infact none! I have been chasing a delivery date for 3 weeks. They have forgotten to deliver on 2 dates agreed and you cant get hold of the delivery office, drivers or any head office...... I am at a complete loss and they have full payment. NEVER have I had such bad service and such a stressful experience. I would never recommend them..... you can always find something else!

Amazing products but appalling service.
They miss calculated the quantity of tiles I needed so the price doubled once the correct quantity was applied.
I presented the plans to the shop assistant in both Marlow and Portman Sq branch to establish the quantity required. Portman square didn't even bother to double check the measurements.
Sam was helpful there and I can't say the same for the rest of the team.
Poor attitude.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - TOTALLY USELESS!
The website says payment was unsuccessful, so I repeated the payment process and got charged twice. No one ever answers the online support telephone number and it took ages for me to receive a refund after chasing them multiple times. The only way to get anything ordered is by calling the show rooms. Delivery is expensive and very slow. Tiles are overpriced. Shop elsewhere at all costs.

I find it hard to understand the reviews for this place! Went in with half an idea for my kitchen tiles in the new flat and after spending an hour or so with Sam, I was pitched amazing presentations for the layout of practically every room that needs sprucing up and I couldn't be happier! Him and Victoria were patient, considerate, helpful and gave an all-around perfect experiance 5*

Avoid at all costs. The customer service is quite possibly the worst I've encountered- its like their clients are at best irrelevant and actually just a nuisance! The tiles are pretty but the experience of ordering so traumatic I would never do it again. I returned one item to the store on a big order and after four emails, phonecalls, in person visits, calls with head office they haven't refunded the money to the account.

We had given up on fired earth as I had gone into 2 other London stores with the plans of our new house that is in need of modernisation.
On each occasion the staff were not helpful at all! We were misinformed about what tiles can go where, the staff seemed reluctant to help and rushed through every question we had.
I find every aspect of this behaviour simply appauling as I adore a wide range of products from this brand yet the experiance counteracted my initial views and this led me to believe that this is the compulsory conduct for staff of this company yet, I'm happy to admit that I was wrong and 3 times a charm in this instance.
I was in the Baker street area and noticed the store therefore, I went in with no desire of conversing with anyone, solely to browse. Based on my previous experience with this company, I was sincerely shocked when the gentlemen working here (Marco and Samuel) approached me in the most exuberant manor and were adamant to assist in any way possible, answering all questions I had in specific detail and were an overall delight to speak with. It's safe to say I will be taking my business here onwards and if you are intending to purchase from this company, I am a strong advocate that you avoid disappointment and confusion by taking your custom to this location.

I'm sad to say that on this occasion I haven't had the best experience with Fired Earth. I ordered their East Hampton Marble tiles and sadly a large quantity were chipped. I understand that it's a natural product but I still didn't want to use as material is porous and water could penetrate, plus it's not the product I saw in the shop! I had to send a lot of emails and make a lot of calls to organise the return and refund. (Which was initially incorrect) - the sales assistant got the refund amount COMPLETELY wrong, to the extent that I think she must have just made it up.
Overall it was a lot of admin and i'm now £50 down with no tiles as had to pay for the return. Not sure I'l be buying from Fired Earth in the future.
