Topps Tiles Brixton

This shop is the cleanest and efficiently organised Topps Tiles that I've seen, thanks to Silvi!
All the adhesive bags not puffing dust when you carry them and you don't mess up your car either. I know that this is not something that most builders are after but for me it matters and certainly there are some other dust freaks like myself there.
Silvi and her colleague are very knowledgeable and offered me a 5 star service. I can only wish that other Topps Tiles shop take example from this Brixton store.

Fantastic customer service by Silvi, Jags, and Brian. they went above and beyond to make sure we had our tiles on time. Extremely helpful and full of good advice. Would 100% recommend visiting this branch :)

I've been in this branch twice now. What a difference to the Vauxhall one! Apart from what I think is the manager, who was helpful, the rest of the staff on both occasions were simply unfriendly, unwelcoming and upon saying goodbye after the purchase, no response. Product & manager good, but the rest of the staff a zero rating (in terms of customer service)! In future it'll be only the Vauxhall branch.

Excellent help and advice from BRAYAN who was outstanding. Appreciated and now everything is ordered!

The support at Topps Tiles really is fantastic and they have a good selection of tiles.

Also try using the tile visualiser online (that was really helpful when I was choosing my grout colour).

TIP: google the tile name to see genuine images of the tile in use. It saved me making a risky mistake!!

Only spoke to Bryan over the phone but he was really great, super helpful at sorting out my tile order and went above and beyond to help me get the delivery date changed. Really nice guy, great customer service.

The customer services at the Brixton branch is excellent. I have been in regular contact with Blake about an incomplete order placed on the Topps Tiles website before lockdown. Blake took on full ownership of the issue and has been extremely patient and persistent in helping me to obtain the missing item. He has proactively contacted me by phone and email to keep me up to date on the availability of the item and I have been very impressed with how he turned has turned a negative customer experience around. Thank you!

Turned up at midday on a Saturday when it’s supposed to be open, but it was closed and no staff in sight
