Very helpful staff on our recent visit.

Not allowed in the shop to look at tiles….

Had to speak to the shopkeeper over the phone from outside who told us that it was by appointment only, and that only one person is allowed in at a time (despite restrictions being lifted). Disappointed to have made the trip and a missed business opportunity for Fired Earth. Non-existent customer service and an opportunity lost.

Appalling customer service and high prices.
