The team at NYD showed great patience with me talking through their experience and in-trends to help support our tile decision process. Very timely availability of the chosen tiles too. All-in-all, a very positive and easy experience.

We got tiles for a bathroom and kitchen from Girish at Newlook, he really knows his stock and what looks good, his recommendation for our kitchen to match our units was perfect, really happy with his service and would highly recommend his business to anyone!

Have bought a few tiles internal and external from here and staff are friendly and very helpful. Prices also very competitive.

Made a delivery to his shop, offered me coffee, cola, water etc. I settled on a bottle of water. Such a refreshing change to deliver to someone who respects you and is so polite!
If I wasn’t from Birmingham and lived in Ilford I would get all my tiling needs sorted here!

Fairly new store, not packed out with items like some places but well worth a visit. I went in for a new kitchen quote. Helpful staff and low prices. Well worth a visit. They will beat big brand kitchen prices by a mile and some. Decided to go with them for the kitchen and saved almost £3000 compared to one big brand chain diy store offering 70% off!!

I wanted to order some new doors for the bedrooms and needed them to match my existing doors. Girish was really helpful in colour matching and taking the measurements of everything. 1 of the new doors didn’t fit very well and Dora came round to have a look at it and they re-ordered me a new one. Girish and Dora gave me great service, great prices and I would definitely recommend them. They have so much variety and very helpful.👍🏻
