We came today just to ask if they have the tails that we are looking for. They told us that they don't have it and that they are busy not even looking at the photo of the tail we had.
They were so rude to us not even they looked at us when we came in they didn't even say hi.
It ruined our day.

Very poor customer service. The lady with red hair had very bad attitude. I have just purchased tiles from other shop, from Topps Tiles competition near by, far better customer service
