Lovely range of tile with great sales. Free customer parking too. Staff so very helpful especially Harneet who worked out amount of tiles required from my room measurements and extras to get my job done. Well done guys!

Really helpful; staff. From advice on tiles, grout, grout colours to helping load the car. And having discussed a possible other tile issue they offered advice. Would definitely use this store again. Makes a difference when staff engage and are interested in the service they provide.

Lovely staff who helped me last Friday. The 2 brothers were very knowledgable and advised me what I would need for my tiles as well as calculate the total square meter of tiles for me. A great store for tiles as there is a variety of tiles ranging from natural stone to mosaics, if you haven’t been to a Topps Tiles this is the store to go to. The staff are kind and very helpful and the store stocks a lot of tiles compared to a few other Topps Tiles I’ve been to. Thank Topps Tiles in Acton! Can’t wait to put in my order of tiles for my new home!!

Massive tile shop not open very early though I was here at 7:30 and it was still in darkness I will return later on today lol.

There are really helpful staffs in this branch and with lots of help from them I bought tiles for bathroom, en suite and cloakroom which costed over £2,500 on 3rd December.
Very good customer service and delivery was on time.
But when I re-visited to return over £500 worth of tiles and buy about £300 worth of another tiles instead, I experienced one of the worst customer service.

At 1:17pm on 21st December, the staff who looked like in a managerial position was asking what was the reason I was returning the tiles. As I was doing a whole house renovation, with so much going on I made a wrong choice and was trying to buy another tiles. He was extremely rude when he said ‘ you didnt say you wanted to return the tiles over the phone. so tell me what is it you are returning the tiles?.’ I cannot remember whe exact words but he was raising his voice at me because I didnt ask about returning tiles over the phone.

I dont think I had to seek for a permission to return part of purchase. The receipt clearly indicates I can return or exchange up till 1st Feb 2023. He was unprofessional the way he dealt with whole process. I also used Toppstiles in other branch but never had this bad customer service. Really feel sorry for the other guys in the shop who are working very well to give good customer experience.
