We have received such fantastic service at Topps Tiles in Epsom. The customer service is excellent and the team are so helpful and knowledgeable. We've also been really thrilled with all the tiles we purchased. A great experience all round.

Bought some floor tiles from here yesterday. Great choice and especially lovely service too.

I recently decided to refurbish my bathroom suite and needed to purchase some tiles. I visited Topps Tiles in Epsom and was very impressed with the store and the range of tiles on offer. I was assisted by a young lady called Laney who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the range of tiles and was able to assist me as I was unsure exactly what I wanted. I eventually purchased some tiles and grout and am very happy with the look of my new bathroom. I can't rate the store highly enough and was very impressed with the experience from start to finish.

I purchased a few tiles recently from this branch, the store was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was no part of my visit that was too out of their capabilities.

The store was clean too. They are also taking all necessary precautions during the Covid pandemic (in case anyone was concerned)

By far the worst customer service from Fil, came in to exchange some broken tiles, all I can say Is the man has some internal issues. Shouting at the customer is completely unacceptable.

Honestly if someone treated a customer like that in my business you would be fired in seconds.

Needed tiles for my bathroom. I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice to find staff that want to help you with your enquiries.
Found the store to be clean and tidy. Will definitely use this store again, when I need tiles.

I wanted to create a rustic feel in my kitchen and and each of the staff members went over and above to help find the correct tile and also to order a particular tile from other stores so that it could be delivered in time! Highly recommended!
