Topps Tiles Harrow

Terrible. The manager and the staff at this branch are clueless. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you when an order isn't going to arrive. I ordered some tiles 2 weeks ago and they said they would call me to confirm delivery. They didn't. I rang them and was told it would arrive yesterday and I would receive a call. No call, no tiles. I rang them again today only to be told they were out of stock and I had to wait 2-3 weeks. I cancelled my order. What a waste of time. Please avoid topps tiles. This is the second time I've had unsatisfactory service from them. I will never use them again and I recommend you do not use them.

Ordered floor and wall tiles from this company.
When we didn't see the tiles on the day we called the Eltham branch. They had the wall tiles but not the floor tiles. The day after they called us back to tell us the color of the floor tiles we ordered on their website was discontinued. We ordered with express delivery (we paid for it) other tiles as the workers were coming in 2 days. The delivery arrived in the afternoon rahter than in the morning as it was promised for the express delivery. 1/2 lost by the workers which I to pay. And here, surprise!
Out of 210 tiles ordered, 68 were broken. Is it a joke? More than 30% broken tiles. What would you say if Tesco was selling eggs boxes with more than 30% broken?
We asked new tiles which took 3 days to be delivered. It means 3.5 days more at the hotel as when you have only 1 bathroom unless having the shower in the fishpond in the garden, I don't know where I can go.
As this company was so slow, the workers started to use some of the broken tiles. And this company is charging us 30GBP to take back the broken tiles. Where is my refund on the express, or shall I say snail delivery? Who is paying for the hotel as this company didn't respect its word?
Conclusion: order somewhere else, don't even give your money to this company

We are really happy with the service, as we were first time visiting the store, the store manager Dominic explained the different tiles options, accessories required along with tiles, e.g. use of Durabase, its advantages, Grout, return policy, etc. Also, he showed the Kitchen Visualiser online tool through which we can design Kitchen and get a initial view of our Kitchen, which helped us to make decisions. We would highly recommend this branch. Thanks.

A good range of tiles with some really unusual and bang up-to-date trends. The staff have excellent product knowledge and are helpful and courteous.

I had to work to get attention. The two young men kept attending people coming in after me. I waited almost 30 mins. I am renovating two bathrooms. It was not worth much effort for them and they kept giving expressions that i was too choosy or ignorant. I confess I am not a tile or underfloor heating expert. At 5 sharp when i was going to pay having taken my card out and asked for discounts they said flat no. They were more interested in shooing me out and closing shop so I'd order next day. Thght about it next day and didnt go back and never will. Didn't have great choices anyway. Tired lot specially the mosaics.

The staff here are brilliant. They are very helpful when ever I have attended. I have had a total refurb of my house. I have used this Branch and the Ruislip Branch. Both have been so helpful, they are a true credit to the company. They have a lot of knowledge of their products and are helpful in calculating how many tiles, Adhesive and Grout I am going to need for my work.
I certainly cannot fault them

Staff went well beyond there means to make sure I had everything I need and helped me to the car as items were to heavy for me
