Topps Tiles Ilford Seven Kings

Such poor customer service from the assistant manager (Zahid). Refused to accept a Tesco Clubcard voucher on 29/12/16 even though the vouchers expire on 2/1/17. Reason? Zahid said their head office is closed until 4/1/17 and Topps Tiles will have to claim their money back by 2/1/17 so this will be too late. He refused despite even the Tesco Clubcard rep explaining to him on the phone that the customer can present this voucher until 2/1/17, that the expiry date is for the *customer* and Topps Tiles can claim their money back after 2/1/17. Despite this, Zahid refused and also denied giving us written confirmation of his refusal. Terrible service - I certainly won't visit this branch again.

Excellent service by Zahid, an extra mile help to find our right tiles for bathroom. I highly appreciate his all the way help and must recommend him personally and the store to my friends, family and others. Ashad Miah

I have been using Topps Tiles in my professional capacity for years now and I must say that Seven Kings branch is the best one so far, that said I m always happy to venture to new branch as my work takes me sometimes further away, I cannon praise them enough for taking care of me every time I visit , also the help in regards to new products and materials is one I have never come across elsewhere.
Well organized showroom and extremely helpful staff and I mean every single one of the people in are extremely pleasant to deal with.

The service was outstanding. Went into branch and spoke to Mark who was brilliant. Honest, helpful and knew his stuff. Made our purchase easy and I cannot praise him enough. I would 100% recommend going to branch to see Mark.
