The Tile People

I’ve shopped here a few times, the advice, customer service and amount of stock to take away has been excellent. They are knowledgeable, deliver when they say they are going to, have a great selection and they’re prices are very good. They are much better then some of the chains about. I wouldn’t look to shop anywhere else now for tiles in the Hayward’s Heath area.

Ashley was amazing with my mother. He helped her choose which type of tiles she wanted, ordered them in and kept them safe for her whilst her extension was built and then delivered them exactly when needed along with the other materials including adhesive and grout. He even advised her on what cleaner is best for them. Amazing service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up ordering here due to their extensive range. They also had some designs you would struggle to find in your more well known store

Really enjoyed browsing the large showroom, member of staff took the time to walk round with us and help match colours and styles to pictures we had on Pinterest. Price was good and delivery team were spot on, helping move tiles to secure location. We were a little short due to my measurements, team bent over backwards to get what we needed same day so tiler could finish. Great local family run business, very impressed.
