What a lovely gem! Fab independent tile shop with a beautiful selection of tiles and accessories. Varied price ranges from lower priced to very expensive so something for all budgets. Helpful staff. Great place well worth a visit if you want something a little more unique.

We were recommended Clay Interiors by our tiler and what a great choice. Our project was to partially retile a wet room by installing a shower cubicle as well as replacing the naff flooring with tiles. With the help of our photos Emma’s advice was knowledgable and inspiring, and she was very patient while we dithered over our choice, which was eventually the ones Emma had suggested. Now the job is done they look fantastic.
The tiles were delivered as promised, and being a stock item they were happy to refund the cost of an unused pack. The whole experience of shopping there was first class from beginning to end and we can’t recommend them highly enough. And if you want a good local tiler we can also highly recommend JB Tiling, another local Beccles company

Didn't realise this place existed, but very impressed with the service received considering we only wanted some specific coloured grout. Family run business selling top quality tiles for all areas , offering a very personal design service. Highly recommend.

Never been before as always thought would be to expensive. Was recommended to go. They have normally priced tiles. Actually picked the tiles we want after spending all day going around different tile shops. The owners were so helpful, brought our own floor tiles in to the shop and then matched wall tiles to our floor tiles.
Very highly recommend.

Whilst very helpful when purchasing tiles, after sales service, not so good. We spent a lot of money with Clay and we had some white ceramic wall tiles (supposedly popular when we purchased them) that we did not use (6meters). They said that they could not take them back as would not be able to sell them again, they still sell the tiles in the shop. Then they said if someone wanted more than 6 meters they would be from a different batch. I can't see batches of white ceramic being very varied. Whilst I was not expecting a full refund I would have expected something more accommodating that just we have a 14 day returns policy.

The patience, kindness and helpful advice given by all the staff at Clay Interiors was very much appreciated when we visited.
The wonderful designs and calming ambience made choosing our tiles a pleasant experience.
