Went to the branch on Meadow Lane, Nottingham was provided with excellent advise and service from staff member named James. We purchased tiles for our Utility room floor and walls. He was able to price match Tile Mountain offering us a significant discount, we would highly recommend.

I'm really impressed by how much time the person at Tile Giant spent with us talking us through all the different shades, textures and feels of a large range of tiles, gruots and other items. Really thankful for helping us decide how we'd like our bathroom to look. Highly recommended place to purchase tiles and all related items 👌

Taking one star away with a heavy heart, as I wasn't impressed by the delivery driver. He made me carry all the heavy tiles from his van. After his job was finished he remained parked on my driveway for half hour. I didn't ask him to leave out if politeness. But this felt like a very unprofessional behaviour.

Please choose your driver carefully to match with the brilliant service we received at the store. This particular aspect was definitely a negative experience

Popped into Nottingham to have a look at outdoor tiles for a small project to replace the tiles leading to the front door. A chat with Nathan, gave my wife and myself some options we had not thought of. So with a sample in hand a run home to look at the tile in situ. Nathan's idea of going for a 10 rated black slate effect porcelain tile was perfect. So a trip back with measurements in hand, Nathan we on hand to sort out the number of tiles for the job, along with tile cement and grout. As I would be using 600mm tiles I realised that I would need a new cutting tool. Just the way to use DIY tool would do. Nathan was on hand again as he had an old one in the back I could borrow as it was a one off job. Now from start to finish all we got was a positive experience and excellent customer service. Thank you. I have already recommended you to others.

Went to Tile Giant at Meadow Lane Nottingham yesterday 30th Sept to get some supplies and wasn't disappointed. Nathan looked after me brilliantly, if only all customer service was like this. Great chap, really helpful, gave me a good price, couldn't have been a better experience. Definitely recommend going to see him if you need some tiles and stuff. Nathan at Nottingham Tile Giant was so helpful and knowledgeable of products. He understood our needs and what would suit our lifestyle and home. Brilliant service we will definitely shop there again.

Visited store today after getting a price from another supplier and the guys in store was great.
Craig was able to price match and offer a bit more discount.

I purchased over 2k worth of flooring from Tile Giant and unfortunately I was 1 box short. Called customer services as it was showing out of stock on the website. Customer services told me they couldn’t check store stock so I started calling different stores. Craig at the Nottingham branch understood my predicament and kindly checked stock at different stores and managed to source me 2 boxes at a store in Bracknell. Absolutely amazing customer service and a real life saver as I thought I might have to change my flooring in one room. Thanks for all your help Craig, I really appreciate it. Top man with A* service.
