Another great experience at Tile Giant today after plenty of good experiences in the past. The team are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help. Chris in particular did a great job in advising and helping with our latest order. Chris is fairly new but already impressive with his knowledge and customer focus. Thoroughly recommended overall!

Tile Giant Norwich has very knowledgeable and most helpful guys. Ian and his team mates helped us in getting our major project to finish successfully. Ian worked out all the plan and sorted the total requirements and also added extra for wastage. We were not sure where to go for the underfloor heating but Ian also sorted that for us. We had decided on a new kitchen and were looking for a new floor to compliment the units. We have a listed building, therefore a flagstone style was our preference. We looked online and identified that Tile Giant, Norwich had a significant collection of the style we were seeking. So we visited the store and met with Ian, Jack and Chris. This team really understands how to provide the best customer service. From explaining our needs we were guided through the tile options available, the volume of tiles needed, the method of fixing and the grouting options. Delivery was very quick, with excellent communication. We certainly would recommend Tile Giant, Norwich and it is our go to place for future requirements. We have been searching for the tile we wanted for ages. Found it at Tile Giant only to find it has been discontinued! A huge thank you to Jack for working it out to secure the remaining central stock for our order. Friendly and very professional staff and a great customer service experience. Couldn't ask for more. Amazing service for the guys at Tile Giant. On the two occasions we have purchased from them they have been very helpful helping us choose the right tiles for our kitchen. They also stored the tiles until I could collect them which was extremely helpful. Very friendly and polite. Awesome service and would highly recommend them.
