Great attitude at National Tyre and Autocare, Bengal Street, Chorley.
Thanks Alex.
Friendly, engaging and helpful staff both on the phone and at the workshop.
Replacement Bridgestone at short notice with helpful advice after Driving over an M8 Renault manifold stud on the a49. Ouch!

When your classic needs front wheel alignment these guys know what they are doing. Now I’m back on the straight and narrow and going in the right direction.
Excellent value, service and facilities.

Disappointing. Dealt with an arrogant ginger jobsworth who was desperate to argue and treat customers with disdain. Previously had excellent service here.

Fixed my car at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon when another garage left it in a dangerous condition, much appreciated! Thank you to Jack who got me booked in and had it sorted within the hour!

Went in for a back box that had fallen off. Accidentally went to the wrong site, as I had phoned the other one in Chorley earlier and was quoted £95 fitted for a back box. When I got there the guy put my car on the ramp and told me I needed a mid section and back box. Fair enough but when the quote went from £95 to £350 I declined. The car now has a new exhaust and back box and hasn’t cost me more than £160, so nearly £200 cheaper. Not sure if this is usual service or because the garage was quiet and they needed to earn some extra bonus. My advice is shop around before handing your money over.

Very friendly and helpful. I was worried about a warning light indicating a serious exhaust fault. At a standard fee I agreed to so diagnostic test which was done immediately. I was assured that no fault was indicated and the light was removed there and then. I was very impressed with service .

All I can say is don’t waste you’re time here , not a clue and customer service from assistant manager a joke. Took my Range Rover sport in to have set of 4 tyres on , manager couldn’t be bothered, no interest what so ever!! To be fair to National tyre down the road near Renault / Morrisons ask for Callum what a great attitude for a young man!! Couldn’t be more helpful. All about who you employ

i get that staff might be more bored than usual during pandemic. but scaring kids is not an acceptable pasttime. two staff hid behind a wall and jumped out to scare my thirteen year old daughter as she walked home from school alone. when I complained, I was told there was no way to know if it was their staff or customer's mucking around. but my daughter knows what a boilersuited up staff member looks like. she's been to that garage twice this year already for tyres. that's why this has changed from five stars to one. nothing to do with service. just did not get the impression they thought this was a serious issue. but they don't know what the person they mess with might be going through or have experienced in the past. what you think of the 'joking around' is irrelevant.
