I used their service today for the first time. Had two new tyres fitted to my Landrover. Booked the tyres using ASDA tyres website.
The guys at New Life tyres are experienced, courteous, professional and polite.

This review probably looks like nothing you haven't already read as it's just great feedback after great feedback for new life tyres. Based on this I Rang the owner up off the back of reading ace reviews n went over there as he said he could sort what I was after, just as the fitter (also a sound guy) was about to replace the tyre he noticed it was fairly new and offered to check it for a puncture to see if it could be repaired. It's standard practice for these lads but ultimate respect for the way they treated me and even though we agreed I needed another tyre prior they still went above n beyond to repair the existing one for next to nothing in return, really can't reccomend them enough, maximum respect

Quick and efficient, no need to worry about not getting to work. Fixed a tyre and got a new one! Excellent job.

I must be fair with the review, the garage saw me last minute as I really needed a tyre changing as it cracked. They checked my others and 3 out of 4 were bsd. I said okay how much for a full set and balancing etc. I was given a very reasonable price and ess told come back in 40 minutes.
I came back, paid and off I went. I couldn't see the car really as it was a dark garage with little light and the car was facing in. It was very tight and cramped and I had to reversed out.
I got home and out, sadly a dent in my quarter panel right where the jack handle had clearly hit.
I would have been much happier if honesty had been given, instead no one said anything and clearly felt I didn't need telling they'd accidentally damaged my car.
I went to the other side, a scrape down the arch where something metal has dragged along and completely taking a line of paint off right to the metal and leaving a lovely scrape on the plastic bumper strip.
I assume this was the jack being dragged round to that side.
I know accidents happen but I'm devastated.
Care clearly wasn't taken and no consideration for others given.
I know responsibility will never be taken and I'll get nowhere..
Sadly I will not returning with custom.
