ATS Euromaster Accrington

Having been going to ATS a few times on the last occasion I took my car for a service. Only to drive home and the next day noticed a strange noise coming from the rear. While driving to work the noise sounded like somthing was loose when arrived at work thought I'd take a look. Only to fine I had a wheel nut missing and 2 out the 3 remaining nuts were loose. Not what I was expecting

Have visited ats on several occasions now for my works vehicle and personal car . Edward and Alvin are always top notch in advice and recommendations for your vehicle, keeping you informed every step of the process . Top notch lads keep u the good work .

The AA brought me to the garage when my company car got a puncture (no spare!).
Had to hang around for 2 hours waiting for the group fleet to authorise the tyre replacement, but the guys couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
Once finally authorised the work was done quickly and I was back on the road. Great service

They cancelled appt made on line then when daughter arrived for rescheduled one they initially said tyres had not arrived.

Had a flat tyre but they couldn't find a reason for it but did everything to find out the reason. Very helpful and friendly

Appointed for a given hour at the MOT. But of course they don't have time because they have to talk to each other. I waited almost 30 minutes and found that there was no point in waiting any longer. I do not recommend. No respect for the customer.don't recommended.

Edward & the young man working alongside of him always exceed your expectations with their excellent customer service.

Favourite MOT garage. Guys working there are always willing to give advice.
