Tyreweb - Team Protyre

They rang to tell me to bring my car in on monday. Needed discs and pads. Took my keys at 8.30 and 2 hours later I was on my way. A very busy place which speaks volumes. Staff very friendly. I would highly recommend for all your motoring needs

Rude service at desk. Refused to look at my tyre 45 minutes before closing after a tyre they had fitted incorrectly! Photo shows that tyreweb did not clean rim before fitting tyre which caused the tyre to slowly deflate! Avoid, they have lost my custom.

Beware of this company and it’s sneaky sales tactics. The legal limit for a tyre across 3/4 of the tread (across whole tyre) is 1.6mm anything below and It’s not road legal. My fiancé (admittedly doesn’t know anything about cars) took her car to this garage and was advised her front offside tyre needed to be changed at 3mm didn’t mention to her the legal limit but made it out like her tyre was unsafe.. My fiancé concerned and feeling under pressure accepted this misleading advice and paid meaning they got an extra sale on top of a tyre with a nail in. Absolutely livid, garages like this that are doing good people out of money and especially when times are hard they make a fortune on people that wouldn’t know otherwise. Disgraceful.

I have been using Tyre web for years but never again after my experience this morning ! I had an MOT booked in for 8.30am bearing in mind I had driven from Tenterden to find the road out of Shadoxhurst closed with diversions then the road leading to Tyre web down to single lane and backed right up for at least half a mile ,I don’t think arriving six minutes late was unreasonable since I left 45 mi utes on a half hour journey to get there .I was told they could not do it !!!
My daughter had also had to get my grandaughter up to collect me so I didn’t have to wait .!!!
Absolutely ridiculous when the chances are subsequent bookings would have also been affected by the road closures ,traffics etc
Loyalty doesn’t seem to count anymore and won’t be going back to them for sure 😡

Friendly staff, replaced my knackered tyre in under an hour, I hadn't booked in and they were short staffed.

Excellent service received today only had a puncture and was treated as though I was buying a full set of tyres. Was recommended to this company from a local garage and will definitely use again
