Great visit. Was fitted in on short notice as Protyre Fareham had technical issues. The gent managing the front office was professional and friendly. We couldn't get a cab so we're happily accommodated while our car MOT was done. My 5yr old was curious and the gent performing the MOT let him have a look around the car and showed him how it was working. My son was well impressed. Thank you.

After a mistake was previously made I spoke to the manager. He was exceedingly helpful, admitted a mistake had been made ( although not his mistake). His customer service skills were exemplary. He apologised profusely, disciplined the person concerned and oversaw the putting right of the mistake, in addition he provided generous compensation and completely restored my faith. I will definitely continue to use this garage.

always come here for my tyre related needs. having had issues with lots of garages wheel balancing machines being out of calibration, this place balance in house and always within calibration. were very helpful in helping with an unusual issue i was having, even so far as to admit they didnt know the answer and recommended a local garage who did know. huge respect to admit that and it absolutely solidifies my recommendation to come here.

After previous horrendous experiences at two other Protyre branches, Protyre Hayling Island is a breath of fresh air ....... If you care about your car and you want a garage with a manager and staff who listen to YOU the customer about what YOU want and not what they can sell you and make the most profit and treat your vehicle with real care and consideration then this is the place to go. After discussing some handling issues I was having with a newly purchased car ​the really helpful manager went out of his way to get 4 very specifically requested tyres within 24 hours and then gave me a fitting slot to work around my working day and then to top it all matched an already very good online price I'd found. Having a spotless light cream leather interior in my vehicle bang on my 10.00am time slot I watched the fitter put carpet and seat protectors in my vehicle before very carefully getting into my car, and then getting the job done all within about 50 minutes complete with computerised printouts showing everything done before and after giving me real confidence the job had been done properly. The manager and the staff are a real credit to the branch, and I'll definitely use them again. All I can say is Thanks Again

Went to get my car MOT unfortunately it failed, wanted to get it booked in with the garage and they said yes certainly we can do that. We will call you Monday to give you and quote and get you booked in, no call was made I phoned up on two separate occasions to get it booked in and spoke to people who said we need to get back to you because I’m not the one dealing with this Car etc. Finally had to take it somewhere else and then get it booked in for a re-test and had a time slot booked in, when I arrived on the day for the re-test they said it was outside the MOT re-test window and that they couldn’t do it today and will have too pay for a whole new MOT to be done. Just terrible crook-like service I won’t be going back.
