Bought all four tyres and booked appointment via website which was very convenient. On the day onsite, Staff at the reception was very professional. All jobs completed within an hour. Will definitely visit in future.

Bought 4x tyres + booked appointment via website which was very convenient. Rang in advance to check order received. I also received confirmation that my tyres had arrived & my booking was confirmed. On the morning staff in reception were very professional. Job completed within an hour, tyre pressures confirmed, on travel back all wheels balanced nicely. Will definitely use again, very happy.

I booked online and was surprised and delighted to get a Sunday slot only to discover they don’t open on Sundays after I called when I didn’t get an email confirmation. But no worries the kind gentleman offered me a slot on Saturday. On the way there on Saturday I got a call to say they didn’t have any tyres to fit my car but they’d have them on Monday and he’d call me. It’s Monday and the the tyres still haven’t arrived. I’ve paid in advance but have received nothing but false promises and false advertising. Not a good experience. Would not recommend. National were recommended by the AA app. Not the first time the AA app has got it wrong. The 2.5% discount has turned into 100% disappointment.

Had a nightmare with another tyre supplier. Booked on line here. Next day slot. While inspecting check other tyres found nail and repaired. Asked advice about another car and the staff couldn't of been more friendly or helpful

Do not book into this place! I made an appointment, showed up on time only to be told that I would have to wait for 5 and half hours for them to start the work! The man told me that they were understaffed which I understand but 5 and half hours is a ridicolus wait. Notify costumers or don't take bookings!

Went to national tyres this morning as I needed a new valve for one of my tyres , not that friendly and I got the impression that they weren't really interested and told me I had to take my car to the main dealer as it was a sensor problem ! Totally wrong advice and ended up going to another tyre company that sorted the problem for me ,there loss as I won't be using them again for future tyre problems

Had all four tyres fitted by Tyreke, done a brilliant and quick job! Definitely recommend this branch.

I was made to feel stupid when I asked the man at reception about an issue with my car when I was booked in. I don’t have much knowledge about car parts, and I wasn’t offered any kind of help or prompts when he asked. I will not be returning here, customer service was shocking.
