Kwik Fit - Cinderford

Paid £320 for four brand new Goodyear tyres which were incorrectly fitted (determined by forest tyres in whitecroft)
Turned up for my fitting appointment at kwik fit cinderford and was made to wait nearly an hour due to them serving customers who had turned up - not good service as they should be prioritising booking customers!
My new tyres had not been correctly sealed which resulted in two of them rapidly losing pressure and could've caused a blowout. I have two young children under 5 in the car so not impressed at all.
When I initially rang they told me I had a puncture and couldn't help me, having gone to forest tyres they told me they did not clean the wheels first which means they weren't sealed. Watch out for this guys, especially if you have kids in the car with you.
I shall be staying away from now on.

The fitter was excellent and kept me informed of what he found and how to correct it. Very happy with my new tyres.

Everything I asked for and agreed was done well and efficiently. Plus the most important factor was that Dan, who carried out the work, was also very Honest in that some work was not needed and therefore the bill was not as high as anticipated, a rare if not unheard of I would say, in the last thirty years. How very impressive was that.

I’d just spent the best part of £100 that I can’t afford. I was cold. I was tired. One opportunity of the week to get home early; turned out I got home late.

Had a screw in tyre and needed it fixed. Popped into Cinderford branch and the guys sorted this out for me really quickly great service.

Good service and not bad prices

Fantastic service, Brynley saved the day today and changed my car battery,which was flat and I was going on holiday today. Thankfully we made it thanks to the great service Kwik fit provided. One hundred percent highly recommended
