Amazing service, couldn’t recommend them any higher.

I broke down on a Friday evening and needed two tires replacing. Not from the area I called the owner (not even expecting him to answer that late at night), but to my surprise he did. He was kind, reassuring, and managed to source new tires and replace them the very next morning. The whole team were very supportive and I can’t thank them enough for making me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

In a nutshell - Top quality tires, reasonable price, and excellent service.

From friendly and helpful reception staff, to excellent service, a very positive experience. Same day order and delivery of my tyres. Only ten minutes to wait whilst tyre fitted by polite chap who even turned my car round ready to drive away.

Took my partners car here today (19/01/2023) for a couple of new Tyres and I was in / out in probably less then 10 minutes. Lovely friendly staff and the cost was a lot cheaper than I was quoted the day before in Cheltenham. Saved nearly £20 per Tyre so all in all great service. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone... :-)

Fantastic service from Gloucester tyres! National tyres had no suitable tyres in stock or a fitter to fit them 🤔 Matt came out to me promptly and fitted two rear tyres in record time. Highly recommend.

Had a absolute nightmare with a flat tyre in the middle of nowhere on New Year’s Day a long way from home. The team at Gloucester Tyres were absolute lifesavers. Called them up and managed to get the car over to them. They gave a warm, friendly welcome with expertise and great service all at a fantastic price and with a smile. There was a mix up. I thought I was paying for 1 tyre, but it was actually for 2. They could have just kept the tyre and not said anything, but phoned me instead and then came back in the horrible rain and fitted the other one - and all of this got sorted ahead of schedule. Such good service! Literally could not be happier with these guys. Superb.

Popped my tyre in a middle of a country lane outside of Gloucester. No issue for these guys, sent my exact location to them from Google Maps and they arrived within 30 mins, tyre changed in less than 10 and off I was on my way again. Great service! Highly recommend
