You guys went above and beyond to help me and offered me the best alternatives. You checked my car straight away without hesitating. Great, quick service. Went in for a tyre repair. They didn't try to sell me anything and had it ready in about 45 mins.

My only comment would be that they inflated the tyre to 38 PSI when the recommended is 33. Not sure why they did this, I had to deflate it when I got home.

I've used this company for years and years. They are honest (if a tyre doesn't need changing, they'll tell you) and keenly priced. The chap behind the desk must have been there for much of his working life: a familiar and trusted face. After years of buying all my tyres here, my trusty van is also serviced by them now, to the same high standard. You really can run a garage business with integrity and fairness; this place is the proof. Recommended without hesitation.

I desperately was in a rush to change over a tyre pressure sensor gage between two wheels, they stated they were very busy, however if i called back later they would try to fit us in, it was right at the end of the day and the said they would do it for us, they were very polite and professional, they had previously said it would cost £15 however when i went to pay they said it would be complimentary! very impressed will be going back!

Never come again as they will rip you off!!

This is one of the worst companies in the whole of UK. They never tell what time the car will be ready. They never tell you the trues about your car. If you use them then be prepared to have more than £500 to be rip off. Please Avoid and not come to use this gargae. Extortionate price, for jobs that may not actually need doing. Told me by the phone that I needed brake pads and discs replaced as dangerous, as well as other things required like brake fluid etc. Wanted £514, very pushy, but I said no. I wanted to get the work done by my usual garage, this seemed way too expensive. The guy called Dan told me by the phone as I won't get my car back without those work done. What?? What a joke! I then went to the garage to asked him why , then the guy was speechless and embarrassing himself.

The reception lady was really rude and unprofessional as well.

Never again. Worst ever don't even need to be rated as they are lower than 1 star.

Excellent service here, with one of the most pleasant waiting rooms you will find in an independent garage. They obviously care about service and do a quality job.
