Shocking!
Asked to have two part worn tyres put on my car that I had supplied and scraped the edges of the rims and when I asked them to be careful got a load of attitude!
So I got them to put the old ones back on and took it to people who actually know what they are doing...
Avoid at all costs is my best advice!

Needed new tyre’s asap and he was able to do them with 10 minutes notice, I got part warn but they look brand new and you definitely can’t get those prices elsewhere 100% recommend and I will use again in the future, also the man who did it was very nice and polite

Fast service and open on Sunday only reason for 2 star is they didn't use a torque wrench for wheel bolts the spec on my car is 120nm and they were done up to over 600nm. I had to use a scaffold tube on a breaker bar to get the nuts undone. Luckily I wasn't on the side of the road or I would have been screwed. Believe it or not it's sometimes more dangerous to over tighten wheel bolts as the wheel could just sheers off rather than coming loose witch you would notice.

Bought 2 part worn tyres and asked beforehand if the price included fitting, balancing and valve. After changing the tyres the car started to shake really badly when going over 50 and the steering wheel was out of control due to shaking making me crush my car and damage my front bumper.
Went back because I know well this is the result of a bad balancing, the young guy who seemed 24/25 was very rude and didn't want to listen and started to say it's your car the problem, told him that by law if I suspect the balancing is wrong the tyre shop is responsible to recalibrating and redoing it and he started to act all ghetto like a roadman saying dont talk to me about law and started to speak over me and interrupt me multiple times. He wanted to avoid doing the job by swapping front wheels with rears which wouldn't fix the wrong balancing problem. Had to argue 20 minutes while he kept saying the balancing has been done and cannot be wrong. After redoing the balancing half of the weights were removed and placed in a whole different location, when pointed that out he was kissing his teeth because he couldn't argue that it was actually the shop fault and it was done wrong indeed.
Absolutely terrible customer service from that young guy who claimed that he knows better by just seeing instead of rechecking.
Everyone confirm with the stuff that the balancing is done correctly
Would give 0 star for making me smash my bumper and giving me rude customer service.

Super fast service and pleasant staff. So relieved to have that annoying slow puncture sorted out today and at an affordable price. No appointment needed.
Many thanks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Popped in here so they could investigate a slow puncture, was deemed it couldn’t be repaired so I agreed for a part worn until I could get something new. They have no idea how to use the machines and they have complete ruined my alloy when removing the old tyre! I challenged them regarding the damaged and they insisted I had done the damage and started getting very aggressive towards me. On further inspection the tyre they have now put on has been repair badly on the side wall making it very dangerous. Don’t not use this place as it shouldn’t even be called a garage as they haven’t got a clue!

Not great I asked the man for a quote on 4 tyres and gave him the tyre sizes...he said about £50 each tyre... He seemed very uninterested...not indicating whether this was inclusive of vat or fitted etc...got elsewhere in Colchester for £65 cheaper...win for me
