Had these boys fit my NOx sensor today.
They did a fantastic job in an hour sorted the diagnostics too very happy.
Would highly recommend cheers guys.

I brought my car in for an alignment, passat B6.
They couldn't undo 2 bolts from the rear toe arms that are brand new. So instead of advising me the bolt were on to tight two “technicians” decided to crank at the bolt with a breaker bar bending it.
Then proceeded to attempt to cover up the mess up by saying they were installed incorrectly.
They then said we wont work on this car and got the car off the lift leaving one of the toe bolt loose.
As any technician should know you never loosen the bolt from the nut but rather the nut from the bolt. They do not apply this rule to there work creating a dangerous situation and causing damage to my car.
Very very poor indeed.
As a mechanical engineer i was able to figure this out and as a result i am able to make my car safe again, had this been someone with less mechanical knowledge it would be considered unsafe and could have ended very badly.

Terrible service. Had my car 2.5 hours to do suspension check. Said they would ring me back after - nothing! Had to ring them twice for them to tell me stuff we already told them. They then claimed there was nothing wrong with the rear and we told them what was happening with the rear and they said they haden't checked that, which should of been part of there suspension check. Following on after that seeing there was the issue with the driver side rear they dignosed a problem they claimed to think it could be on the opposite side which has no connection to the fault we was having on the driver side rear. Waste of 2.5 hours today for nothing today! Terrible service!!

Fabulous service- called Thursday morning, seen within an hour and tyre sorted. Friendly and efficient service - would absolutely recommend.
