Excellent Service
Recently had my car booked in for both MOT and rectification work. The service was fantastic, booking was easy, good communication and explanation of work required throughout. Felt prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be returning, thank you.

Timely service. Happy with MOT Service. But Was asked to get brake fluid changed during gold service(not sure why it was not part of of servicing). I was charged 60£ for that where one can get brake fluid for 6£ in a shop and can get it changed by any mechanic at cheaper price. Double check the price of the things they are suggesting from outside before agreeing on their quote. I ended UP paying100£ extra on top of gold service package.

Ordered tyres,paid and booked via Asda tyres.went at scheduled time to get fitted, but they couldn't find order,booking or tyres. When mentioned Asda,they then said they found tyres and would fit. Upon return they said they hadn't got tyres! So waste of time. Complained to Asda,who were very good and rebooked elsewhere. Won't be using again!

Booked a tyre change and alignment online for 14:30. I was punctual and was told the work would take one hour and a half max. When I got back at 16:00 and asked if the work was done, the receptionist said it was being taken in and literally handed the keys to his colleague in front of me.
If it was a busy day, I would have appreciated a more honest communication; if they forgot about my car and only remembered about it when they saw me, that's unprofessional.
But apart from the delay the service was good and the person at the front desk was well-mannered.

Would never use this place again asked me to drop car in at 9 said a few hours rang in at 11.30 and was then told around 2 o’clock now at 15.15 still no car or not even a courtesy call to say why it’s taking so long. Wasted my whole day waiting for my car and have passed 3 times which all 3 times no one was even working near my car 😂 thanks for nothing guys. Don’t even deserve 1 star to be honest. Blamed it on seized bolts even though I was around all day and see they were squeezing jobs in 😂 never ever again

Ordered 4 tyres a week in advance through the online system. 50mins after dropping the car off for 'a one hour appointment' I had a call to say they only had 2 tyres in stock. Agreed to have 2 fitted with 2 more available in the Protyre network, hopefully delivered 'by the end of the week'. On returning home realised my car had been damaged by inconsiderate jacking, with freshly scraped off underseal in 3 places with bare metal showing through. Phoned Protyre and was told it could be rectified when fitting the extra 2 tyres. Next day I had a call to say tyres were not available for at least 2 months. I have chosen not to return to Protyre to have the damage rectified and have sought a repair elsewhere. I raised this with customer support and requested compensation for my wasted time and costs, but nothing has been offered other than a refund for the 2 missing tyres.
