Update:

Went a week or so ago and had 2 front tyres and the tracking sorted out. The guy said pop back in a week and we'll check everything's still ok.
I noticed although the car was tracking true but the steering wheel was off centre so I called them up (Spoke to Nick) and explained what the other guy had said about bringing it back, "no problems give us an hour and bring it down".

Took it back and they sorted it within half an hour and Nick even gave the little one a pound for the vending machine sweeties and then another one once they'd finished fixing the car so my boy was as happy as me.

I've changed my previous 4* rating to a 5* for customer care.

I review a lot of places for Google and the community and normally save the 5* for the very best. There are a lot of places I've been to and dealt with that could learn a thing or two from this place.

The guys down at National Tyres and Autocare sorted out my spontaneous, annoying and ridiculously big puncture with minimal fuss and in really good time. From arriving after being recovered by an AA roadside mechanic to leaving with everything sorted and paid for it took no more than 30 minutes. A truly amazing service and very down to earth and funny guys.

Especially loved learning about the story of the ‘totally not destroyed’ car outside in the car park.😉

First time I have used National Tyres. Good price on Continental Tyres and even better that I have bought them on 6 months interest free credit using Payment Assist.
Craig and his staff were very professional and efficient. I asked for tracking to be done and poor Mason had a proper battle with one of the track rods, but persevered and did a great job. All in all, a great priced tyre, carefully fitted with great customer service. Well done.

Very disappointed.
Went in for an oil and filter change on my 2015 Honda Civic Tourer.. For some reason they decided to reattach the inspection/access panel with a flimsy cable tie instead of the screws (that were most definitely attached prior to me turning up).
I didn't think to check this and was quite alarmed when said panel came loose on the A1 and was eroded by the road while I drove to find safe refuge to investigate where the noise was coming from.
That'll be an additional £112 to source and replace it.
Needless to say, I won't be going back... and I would not recommend.

Bought tyres 6 months ago beading leak started last week have to keep pumping it up ,rang Middleborough shop where we bought them from they said bring them down monday 10 got there they said to busy cant do it , even though they made an appointment , there guaranteed tyres they totally wasted my time now ive got to keep pumping them up arrogant bstids ,wont use again even more so now i know they're part of halfords

Wouldn't recommend this company at all!! 5 days me and my partner has been waiting for our tyres to be fitted at home and 5 times they have cancelled or like today didn't turn up and liared and said that they sat outside for 45 mins and kept ringing buzzer which was a lie don't use this company

Had all my tyres replaced today. Absolutely an amazing service all the guys were brilliant. Will definitely be coming back. Don't know how you lads could work in this cold. But either way. Spot on!! Great customer service and work.
