Found myself with a flat tyre less than a mile away from Boxley Tyre Services LTD. After a quick call to confirm they had my type of tyres in stock, I managed to roll my car to the garage. After 20 minutes I was back on the road.

Very reasonably priced, friendly staff and fast service. Couldn't recommend enough.

I've used Boxley Tyres for years, and have found them to be unfailingly helpful, efficient, knowlegeable and a great deal more confidence-inspiring than the large chains. Very pleasant people to deal with. Long may this independent firm prosper!

Had a slow puncture and spoke to Boxley Tyres. They were really helpful and welcoming on the phone so I took my car along.

After explaining what had been wrong with the tire, within a few minutes they’d got the tyre off and did some examinations of it.

I thought I’d need a new tyre but they repaired it quickly and finished in super quick time.

What I was most impressed with was the customer service and the honesty. They could have told me I needed a new tyre and I’d have come away none the wiser but £100+ worse off but to be so honest and just repair it means they will always be getting my custom from now on!

I called the day before to see if they did tyre sensors and how much they were, they told me £20. I went there the next day, they pumped all my tyres up, told me my rear wasn't pumping up properly despite never having a problem with it before. I told them it's the front that needs the sensor. They took both wheels off, took the tyre of the back meesed around with the valve, put the tyre back on and said "its leaking air from the valve when you wiggle it and a new valve would be £35" it didn't do that before they took the tyre off and messed around with it then they told me they can't do anything with the front because they don't do the sensors. Total waste of time and £35
