After going to another car dealership and getting such a high quote. Craig was so understanding. The car brake pads and discs were fitted the next day and my air con works properly now. It’s like nothing is to much trouble. Would highly recommend.

I had work done which involved replacing the ABS bearing and damaged wheel sensor on my Ford Kuga. Initially, the part ordered was incorrect and didn't fit and the replacement part was delayed 2 days...which left me without a vehicle for 4 days. The ABS bearing was fixed, but sensor part delayed a month...so warning lights still showing on dashboard. But, thrse inconveniences were recompensed by having a discount on the initial bill and having the new sensor- part and labour- fitted for free, when it arrived 4 weeks later.
So, thank you Craig and Christian @Tyre Pro, for providing me with customer satisfaction.

Chris and Craig were so helpful after I had to return twice due to problems removing the wheels as a result of a faulty locking wheel nut key! Even when a new key was available, one of the nuts was locked on too tight for the key to work! Craig managed to solve the problem and was finally able to replace my tyres. A great service from Chris and Craig. Many thanks, I'll be back for any future work on my car.
