At the basic level, Dartford Tyres is just another tyre shop. But what sets them aside from the rest is their total commitment to customer satisfaction. You will always find more than 2 vehicles parked to get some repair or replacement done but the staff are extremely friendly and smiling and genuine. In my own case, when they didn’t have stock of the tyre in question, they took down my name and number and promptly called me when they received it in stock. For an establishment that is quite busy with the flow of work, it would have been easy to miss the call back. The fact that they did call and saw the whole process through to completion makes me a long term customer with them. And I have recommended them to friends already. Well done guys. Keep up the great work

It's harder than you would think to find a decent tyre fitter these days but Dartford Tyre and Accessories are helpful, friendly and do a great job. Only noticed on unloading that they had used black wheel weights too which was a nice touch. I'll be getting all my cars tyres supplied (where possible) and fitted here from now on!
