ATS Euromaster Cheltenham Retail & Fleet

I have nothing but praise. I went in with a rather obscure rattle from underneath and they correctly diagnosed it in one hit. Steve, who did the job, brought the offending part into reception to show me and also the old part. He then took me to the car on the ramp and showed me the underside and pointed out, very genuinely, that the tyres will need attention soon. He took it for another test drive to make sure his diagnosis was correct. He told me up front how much it would cost and I thought it was very reasonable. All the staff are very polite and friendly and clearly strong on customer focus and it was very refreshing to do business with them. They even have a free coffee/hot chocolate machine and a comfy seating area! I could find nothing to be critical of so I give them 5 stars.

Despite being really busy today they managed to fit me in last minute to recharge my air con on the hottest day of the year, for which I am so incredibly grateful!

MOT failed, not their fault! Quoted for replacement parts with no high pressure sales tactics. Have free advice on fixing other simple jobs. Convenient location. Will use them again.

These guys saved us alot of money. We were told when having a service on our car that we needed new tyres. So we ordered them, went to ATS to have them fitted, only to be told, we don't need new tyres, they just moved the back tyres to the front and vice versa, saving us over £1000.
So now we have another 5k in miles before having to change them all.
