National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

I am very disappointed with their service. I used them before on many occasions and they were fine but after recent incident I wont use them ever again.
I booked a full car service online and paid for it. It was cancelled within few days due to lack of staff. I supposed to be contacted to reschedule it but it never happened. I asked for a refund and although it has been more than a month, I still have not received it.
3 times in a row now I got an email saying the refund was issue and will take 5-7 days, and I am still waiting. Not only I did not receive the service I paid for, I also lost my money!
The customer service went down!

They are amazing with service, quite friendly and flexible. Had issue with wheel nut key and they were very calm about rescheduling the appointment. And not just that, when it was sorted they just did the tyres change on the day without any prior appointment.

I called the mobile fitting service to change both rear tires. One of the bolts was snapped because, instead of stopping and tell me that the bolts were too tight, the worker just kept pulling until the bolt snapped inside the hub. Now the car makes a weird noise and the same guy that broke the bolt came to see check the car and advised me not to drive the car and call to a recovery service ( I have to pay for it, of course.) and once in the garage they would tell me how much would it cost me to repair the damage that they did.
Now instead of new tires I have a broken car and they keep insisting that hey did nothing wrong and treating me like if I wanted take advantage on them or something like that.
Not to mention that the tire is still in their garage and my wife and children have to walk to school rains or shine because we can't use our car.
The customer service got a first complaint but nothing. Today they got the second. We will see.

Gutted. I was getting brakes checked and repaired and the guy on the phone miss quoted me by about £250!! I knew the cost for the repairs was going to be expensive and had prepared myself for a big bill, but to have underestimated that bill by SO much was a huge shock and left me feeling very uneasy when leaving the shop.

Went here yesterday to get a puncture repair, after waiting for 6 hours to get my car looked at (with appointment from previous day) they told me the locking wheel nut is damaged and they cant get the wheel off and so can't do the repair, so they left me at 15.30 with a puncture faraway from home and they are closing at 16.00 so I could not get anyone to come and take replace the wheel nut, horrible experience I was kicked out of there like I was a piece of crab, especially rude service from the guy in reception, the lads in the workshop seemed more worried about me and my situation but the guy in reception told them no can do and kicked me out. Horrible service and overpriced don't come to this place unless is your last resort

Thank you so much to the team, I am so grateful. I had an unknown cause for loss of tyre pressure and Will kindly took the wheel off to quickly find the problem as a buckled Alloy wheel and a bulging tyre. Bless them, they didn't charge me for finding the issue even though they had to refer me to the dealership for a new Alloy and would lose any further work for this issue.

I know anything further I need done for tyres, exhausts etc I will go back to them again!

Approached National tyres after hitting a pot hole and needing my tyre changed as soon as possible. Was greeted by Rachel who made everything super easy. Was very informative and friendly. And able to put my mind at ease.
