Have been using these guys for around the last 10 years since it was "treadmark".
These guys are very honest, I've often asked about work to be done or "do I need a new tyre on that wheel yet?" Conversations and they have always been professional and honest. Often saving me money that I didn't need to spend so soon.

Totally recommend them and will keep coming back!

Bought some tyres online a while back and brought the car in as planned. They were fairly quick to say I needed the handbrake tightened so I agreed but they have made an absolute hash of the fascia inside the car to the point I feel it's unsafe (in a 4 year old car). I now have to take it to another garage to have Treadmarks handywork repaired. They did fit the new tyres but after three hours I had to take the car without tracking because it was going to be a further wait and I had a shift to work back home. Very poor service which has cost overall so much more than Ford were going to charge in the first place. Unfortunately this was just before taking a placement in Shetland so I was unable to get back to complain straight away. I would recommend to avoid having any work done here tbh

All three stars go to Liam at the Canterbury branch otherwise it would be zero stars.

Ordered four new tyres online and booked for Thursday. Arranged my day accordingly only to turn up to find they hadn't been delivered. Wasn't alone others were in a similar position. Liam ordered them and txt me on Friday telling me there had been delivered and went first thing Saturday morning for fitting.

Online ordering and booking a complete nightmare, probably would use Protyre Canterbury again but only booking over the phone.

My daughter took her car into the Canterbury branch for a service and MOT. She was emailed a quote of over £1,000.00 to get her car through the MOT and to service her car. She showed my the quote which I did not believe to be correct as her car has always passed its MOT. I booked her car into another garage where her car passed its MOT for £58.00!!!!!!
The morale of this incident is never take you car into Protyre for an MOT!!!!
I think it was a case of young gullible female being taken advantage of. I am disgusted that this sort of practice takes place this day and age.

What can I say apart from 5* service all round.
Needed a real quick on the spot Mot done on Saturday knowing a few bits needed doing. Turns out a few bits more needed addressing too.
Left the car with them on the Saturday afternoon for the guys to do explaining I live really rural and use my car daily for work 60 mile round trips so needed it looked at ASAP.
From Ben the manager and his customer service through to Sven and Ryan (yes I asked the names of they guys) who worked on my car and stayed over half hour late may I add! The guys had my car finished and MoT passed by this evening.
Really can't thank these guys enough and I would wholeheartedly recommend them any day of the week.

Omg these guys have been so helpful (compared to Halfords opposite them). Polite and explained everything clearly. Got the job done to help me out there and then. Couldn't recommend enough. Would def use again.... and it's a bank holiday. Well done guys

Absolutely appalling, will never be using again. Awful customer service from the moment of entry, they don't even look up to greet you. Problem with the car 'resolved' by them, only to drive away with another. On returning the car I was told it was a totally unrelated problem and would be another day of repair and X amount. Not wanting to give them anymore custom due to poor customer service and not being convinced of the 'problem' I took the car to another garage to be told the car was in fact absolutely fine.. And the issue was a bolt left unscrewed, something they had clearly deliberately done to charge me for. Disgusting!
