Kwik Fit - St Albans - Verulam Road

This Kwik fit has the best staff ever. Polite and helpful. Called on a Friday evening, car booked in for Saturday and finished within 2 hours. Spoke to Matt on the phone and when I dropped the car off, he made everything seem so simple. They are a great team and a credit to Kwik fit. Keep up the good work guys and thank you. 👍👍

Kwikfit should be proud of the 2 guys at this branch (Verulam). The service was excellent. They were polite, professional and efficient (despite being very busy). It was very impressive.

Visited as a walk in customer and instantly greeted with a very helpful and professional team which gave me some great advice on how to fix my issue. Very pleased and appreciative of advice given and work done. Highly recommend

Mat,the manager, is perhaps one of the most professional and helpful people I’ve met. Went out of his way to help when my catalytic converter was stolen. Very highly recommended.

Staff members were so helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to the end. I am happy with the outcome for the service for my EV.

Overpriced, slow and poor communication. There is nothing quick about this kwik fit, they didn’t even have the oil in to do the job and I waited 4 hours for an oil change. They don’t even use long life oil and their customer service team were completely useless when I contacted them, no response to my issues, apology or explanation for the shocking service.

Suffered a puncture near-by whilst enroute to the north of England - it was mid afternoon, dark, wet and I still had 160 miles to go so didn't fancy 50 mph on a get you home spare.
Asked for help - prepared to wait - response - point blank refusal.
Curt and unfriendly.
ATS down the road - very busy but made a slot to fit me in - repaired in 15 minutes - all wheels inspected, checked and reported on and sent me on my way.
Kwick Fit need to take note!

Kwik Fit Verulum Rd branch, St Albans, are consistently excellent owing to their superb service maintaining my old workhorse Audi A3 namely from Adam, Kieron & team, they are in a different league to the other KF branches in the region.
