Brilliant service, had my car MOT done but unfortunately it failed. Jay and Fred made sure I understood what the issue were and carried out the repairs on the same day at a reasonable price! Will definitely be a returning customer!

This garage has failed to honour an MOT booking on three separate occasions. Each time the booking has been cancelled late on the day before which is a massive pain when you have to re-arrange childcare and work each time.
Cancelling once is unfortunate; cancelling twice is poor form; cancelling three times for the same customer? Have a one star review.

Had new tyres fitted today. When I turned up they were clearly busy but carried out the work straight away. Good service. Prompt, helpful and very reasonably priced. Will be back.

I was scheduled to have the tyre change service @ 1:30pm at Maidstone. I arrived there @1:23. I waited 15 minutes and there was no service. I rang the bell multiple times and I finally left @1:40.

It is a waste of time doing business with them. They are just too busy and they don't care about your business. I'd recommend others to do your car care services somewhere else just to save you sometime.

Well looked after again. Screw in the tyre, able to fit me in that day, this being between new years and Christmas. I keep going back for a reason.

We were due to go away on holiday and as we were driving out of town we started to experience problems with our car.  Not wanting to take any chances we took it to our regular garage for help and identify the problem. Unfortunately in this instance they were unable to assist due to it being a sudden drop in and they were already at capacity with workload.  We were directed to HiQ and a mechanic called Fred who might be able to help.

When we got to HiQ and explained our situation, the mechanic was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and although they were rushed off their feet with jobs in hand, they took the moment to have a look at the car to see if they could help.  After having a quick discussion and a look over the engine the mechanic had an idea of what the problem could be.

Thankfully the mechanic was able to fix the issue later that day and was good value for money. They were incredibly caring and did everything possible so we could get back onto the road for our holiday. A big thank you to HiQ and Fred for fixing our car with no notice whatsoever and giving amazing customer service. Would absolutely recommend this garage.

Absolutely brilliant, price checked on Internet was the price charged when I contacted them unlike other tyre suppliers whose price changed by over £70 per tyre for walk ins. Staff were fantastic too, highly recommend.
