Took my car to have an aircon gas refill. Brian was very polite helpful and knowledgeable.Taking time to provide invaluable advice about another car related matter. Which will ensure I return to this garage if I ever need to I feel I could trust them to advise and carry out the correct work necessary

Get a decent service elsewhere, avoid Cambridge ATS Euromaster at all costs
2022 summer: I prebooked an appointment to recharge the aircon before the heatwave. They canceled my 1st appointment due to a mechanical issue at their garage, then rebooked to a later day only to cancel 2nd time just before the appointment day, this time due to a staffing issue.
2021 summer: pre-booked appointment to recharge ford fiesta aircon. On the appointment day, they sent me back home since they can't figure out how much gas to refill in the ford fiesta :)
I had called several times and finally, they refilled for the namesake, but I couldn't really see aircon working as expected. Avoid!

I ordered two tyres. I ended up with 3 appointments being cancelled. On two of those occasions, I wasn't contacted beforehand, resulting in a wasted trip to the garage.

I finally decided to request a refund, which, after waiting for two weeks, didn't arrive. I ended up having to raise a PayPal dispute and make a complaint to get my money back.

I have used ATS for a number of my cars for over a decade now but lately they have gone downhill. The worst issue is that they have an online booking system that allows you to book appointments (MOT's in my case) on dates that they don't even open or carry out MOT's. It has happened to me, my girlfriend and my brother at this branch and so enough is enough. I don't think I could trust them to MOT my car when they can't even get their booking system right.
So goodbye ATS, I'm taking my business elsewhere now to a garage that doesn't mess me around by cancelling bookings at short notice that I should never have been able to book in the first place! Also, both me & my girlfriend are still waiting for refunds for the cancelled MOT's...

AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had a MOT appointment for today and they called me this morning to cancel it. I asked for a day off today in my work specially for this purpose. I tried to re-schedule my appointment for another available day and they only had another appointment for tomorrow (I cannot ask for another day off one day before) or for the 1st of November.
My MOT will expire on the 22nd of October and I will stay without my car for this reason.
It’s a lack of respect with users, for this reason I won’t never return to this garage. They’re making me spend time and money.

We had 4 new Michelin tyres fitted .Great price great service. The only slight thing was the tyre pressure's were left at 49. 39. 37. And 34 they should be 33 psi for our car it's not a major issue for me because I check my pressure as soon as I got home and do it regularly. But for people who don't they could have been like this for years . After spending in access of £500 pound it would be nice if 5 minutes was spent to set the pressures correctly as I'm sure this could be a safety issue in some cases

Spent two DAYS trying to reach them by phone to speak about my order. It's either busy or nobody answers. On the website the members area is "under construction". Appointment cancelled on the morning of, just about the absolute worst time to cancel an appointment. Incompetent company; just go elsewhere.
