Excellent customer service, £30 for a used good quality tyre , they also sell new tyres. Oil change is another service available. I recommend this tyre stop. Service is while you wait. If you go during the week before 11:00 it is not likely to be to busy. I have been on 2 occasions. The first time I went I could not locate the special key for my wheel nut, they removed the nut for a small charge as I requested. The secound visit was the same brilliant service. No matter what car you drive Queens will sort you out. Parking is limited so bare that in mind.

I was a regular customer here but won't be returning after I was asked to pay £2 just to put air in my tyres, absolute disgrace!

I arrived explained that I had a flat tyre. The guy jumped into action I asked how much he ignored me, so I asked again. He he stopped what he was doing and said did you ask him how much? Talking about the guy who. Was leaving. I said no he said 45 pounds. I explained I haven't got that on me can you do a quick fix and how much he said 10 pounds. I said that was fine. He then spoke to his friend and said we can't fix it you need a new tyre. I again explained that I do not have that money on me.

He scoffed and quick fixes it.

I did feel uncomfortable there. I doubt I will ever go back .

I had a set of tyres fitted and balanced following a puncture, the prices were below what I had been quoted for by other tyre fitters .
They quickly fitted the tyres and balanced the. 5* service and pricing

If I could them no stars I would have but I cannot. So I went to repair my tyre as it had a puncture. The young man with attitude carried out the repair in 2 min which struck me as strange as in my experience to repair a tyre especially where that tyre has been driven flat needs to be taken off the wheel and checked. This guy did not do that he charged me £10 and left. I drove my car around the corner and felt worried so returned. He argued with me that I knew nothing (I assume because I am a woman) and made me so uncomfortable I left. I went to my usual tyre people because I was concerned about the integrity of my tyre which was 12 miles away because I was concerned and asked them to check the repair. They took the tyre off the wheel and he found the tyre was shot it could have blown and caused a fatal accident at anytime with my kids in the car. I replaced the tyre there and then and returned to this tyre shop to complain. The young man did nothing acted like he was in the right. Avoid at all costs, these kinds of cowboy repairs can cost lives.
