I went to this mechanic to replace the shock absorber, and in return, they damaged my vehicle's windshield glass. I have a recording of the incident.

I have spoken to them kindly and presented my evidence to them. I asked them to repair the damage they caused to my vehicle, but unfortunately, they refused to replace the damaged windshield. I hold Fawad HAZIMI and Abdul Shafiq BEGZAD responsible for this and am in the process of taking the matter to court.

Please avoid them as they will lie to you when they break things in your car. If you decide to go, please have a dash cam or keep an eye on them while they repair your vehicle. I strongly recommend avoiding them not worth the risk.

I got disc brakes and tyres done from them was an awful experience they polished the Break disc rather than replace them and told me they ordered them new and charged me I took the car to a second Garage and they confirmed the disc brake was polished not replaced. Deceivers😠

I needed new suspension arms, had my own parts and asked them if they can fit them for me. They agreed on one price over the phone, got told another price when I went there, and when I went to collect my car next day, they asked for different price. However, I paid what we had agreed, but for some reason, I saw them trying to jump start my car. I questioned what’s going on as I never had issues with the battery etc. they couldn’t explain and they said someone may have left the lights on overnight. I patiently waited for them to start my car and as soon as they reversed it out, I noticed that 3 out of 4 lights weren’t working. I was shocked and asked what happened to my lights as all of the bulbs have been replaced less than a month ago, they couldn’t explain again and after checking with the mechanic, the bulbs were just dead. They really were and I replaced them later, but I wouldn’t recommend this place only because of miscommunication between staff and weird things happening to my car. I have no explanation how 3 light bulbs would die overnight and how I got a flat battery. When you say how much you want to charge, stick to it and don’t change your mind every couple of hours. After all, they helped me a lot by changing the parts for me, so it’s a 3 star from me, but if you value your car, find yourself a different garage. I’m not returning there.
