Great service - really went out of their way to do the best job possible. Only went in for a tyre change but they gave my car a look over and tweaked some issues without me asking.

Excellent indeed. Phoned first thing in the morning and had 2 new tyre's fitted then away by 11.30. Alan and the fitters did a great job. Thank you!

My second visit at this branch and this time I had my wheel alignment done on 24 June 2022. They done a good job. Staff are very friendly and courteous. They explained what they were doing but what impressed me most is their honesty. Other places would have charged me for something that didn't need doing but these guys were very honest and upfront and advised me that the rear tires didn't need doing. Thank you guys and I wish more garages followed your example. Will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate recommending you guys to others. Andy and the other gent with the beard ( sorry forgot your name) were excellent. Keep up the good work.

Parking is available but limited, staff were very helpful. The air con recharge was effective and cheep using a Groupon voucher but check they can do what you need first as do not do MOTs.

Omg what a lovely experience I had. This guys are total professionals and they got some customer service and human relationships skills. Phone lines don’t bother calling as they are too busy to answer the phone. I ended up walking in on a lovely afternoon and spoke to a lovely gentleman who attended to me very well and despite him being tired he delivered optimally. I went to swap my appointment and he gladly gave me a new one and was done promptly and am so impressed with their service. I will recommend them anyday. My Aircon is working and in perfect condition

I'm afraid the place is grubby and unloved. Tatty and dirty. Not a clean looking slick venue. Public areas are grim, dirty seats and toilets. It needs a revamp urgently. Doesn't inspire confidence in it's business and reputation

Ended up with a flat tyre on the way to work… ATS staff were all very helpful especially Alan on the front desk.

Really good service, friendly and knew there stuff.
Dropped in without an appointment, had a sudden tyre failure, they were able to sort it out there and then, no issues.
Both Brad and David where really good, excellent customer service and really quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
