Horrible service. Went for an MOT that was booked last week, only to get turned away because 'they got a new system' which mucked up all their bookings, re-booked 2 days later. Then told that 2 things needed fixing and told to bring the car back on Monday. No calls to let us know about what was going on with the car, tried calling and no one picked up. Went in in the afternoon to find that the wrong part was ordered and the new part would come today. Guaranteed that this would be fixed, again no call even though they told us they would give us a call. Initially didn't even take a phone number either, I had to tell them to write it down. And again today- telling us they can't do it. They don't even take your details down properly! Worst experience.

Total joke of a company. Left car for an MOT and they had all day but didn't do as 'systems down all day'. Took back a week later and was told car would be ready in an hour - I returned 90 minutes later and work on MOT hadn't started! No apology - no phone call and the rudest ever service by Anthony at the garage.
Avoid at all costs for MOT's

I've been using National Tyres for few years now. Last year i've been to the branch from Kingston Road in Wimbledon however they offer me a grate experience. This year when I've tried to book with them on the day i been available unfortunately they didn't have a slot space so the website give me alternative other branches, so i went with Kinston-Upon-Thames. With the day before my booking someone from the branch called me to let me know that they cant complete my MOT same day, however i paid for everything to be done in a day.
I ask if i can have the service done on the day i initially booked and MOT next day and was fine. Before i let my car with them at 8:30am i ask them to give me a rough estimate time when my car will be ready and they told me around midday. around 4pm i called them 5 times and they didn't answered, the 6th time finally answered and told me that in 10 minuets will be ready, at 4:40 i showed up to the garage and my car still wasn't ready and i had to wait longer. After i took my car and done some visual checks:
I could see that the plastic cover under the bonnet was lose and everywhere was oil grease
My leather on the driver seat and the right door was stained of oil/grease wherever they had on they're hands
Also i could see on computer board that the brake fluid needs changing and i ask them and they didn't know that so how they done my service ? even i ask them to let me know if my car needs extra repairs as i could see national tyres only top-up not changing the brake fluid
When i start my car i saw on dash that my service is due in 3200 miles.(after the new service)
In my log book instead writing 2022 they write 2023 and ticks the wrong pages and now i have to take my car to the main dealership to repair what they was unable.

I polite ask them about those problems and they told me that there was no time for correcting their mistakes, however was Saturday 1pm and they ask me to come later in a week. How they can do that? I will have to take another day off and lose the pay for they mistake? Plus that when i was there waiting for my car the phone was ringing and the had they're music loud. The person in charge with the CSR telling his colleague that his tired and his not answering that phone and if he dose he will tell them that their car is-not ready, thats rude.
I will try my best to let everyone know about my experience using National Tyres to prevent future customers discomfort.

Really great place to go if help needed with your car, the people are knowledgeable, friendly and very proficient. Rayan (I think that’s the spelling, sorry if I have got it wrong) went above and beyond to help me with a nail/tac I had picked up, fixed it in 15 mins and that was just before closing. A very big thank you to him and highly recommend to everyone and anyone else.

What a joke and a waste of time. Had a puncture, booked a slot online and paid. When I arrived I was told by a member of staff they’re too busy and can’t help. Whats the purpose of having an online booking service?!

Should have read the google reviews before booking. Looks like i’m not the only one this has happened too.

Went in for the front wheel alignment. What a top bunch of guys. Dealt with Ryan real top lad with a love of bikes and cars. Highly recommended ! Good job, well done.

#halford What a disrespectful and dishonest staff. I booked online at halford website yo get my car checked for potential repair. Wasted all my time to get their and being told off very rudely that we don’t have staff to do free checks? Why the hell would you take booking if you dont have staff to do the job? No respect for people time. I am never going to use this garage ever again and Halford supposedly being a trust worrhy brand should not prner with such garage. Makes me doubt Halfords service across all its garages now!

Amazing well mannered and efficient staff, especially Adam always making sure our cars are in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend coming to Nationals Kingston 💯
