I ordered my tyres through black circles and had them delivered to Gabby Tyres who fit them first thing on a Saturday morning. All 4 new tyres were balanced and placed on the car in 45 mins. Highly recommended

Ordered tyres from blackcircles to be fitted on a Saturday as it said it would be open (thought awesome). Arrived at the garage on Saturday and it was closed. After multiple attempts of getting hold of them I was told they weren't going to open the weekend because of family issues and was offered to go and get my tyres fitted any time during the week, even if it required them to stay an extra half hour and close at 18:30 if I informed them. Called on a Tuesday to confirm this and was told that's not the case and that they didn't open because blackcircles didn't message them I wasn't coming (I received multiple emails from blackcircles confirming my order). Requesting a refund from blackcircles. Stay away like it was the plague. Extremely unprofessional

Gabby is so lovely, friendly and professional. I damaged a tyre from hitting a curb nearby in my Peugeot 108 . After waiting for over 3 hours for the RAC, I was getting very distressed . I’m autistic and don’t cope well with these types of situations and waiting around . Gabby kindly stepped in at my time

I punctured a tyre, and I needed help. I was lucky for this shop to be 5 minutes away on foot, so I went and asked the guys to help me. One of the workers drove to my car and pumped the tyre so I could drive to the shop. They fixed the problem fast and efficiently, and the price was fair. Very thorough and friendly workers, I won't hesitate to use them again if I need!
