They are good, quick and reliable. Never let me down. Only thing is they need to start accepting card as rush to go and withdraw cash is hassle in times of everyone using contactless.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. The person in the shop acted as if we weren’t even there.
He initially tried to sell me a used tyre for £40 that had a previous puncture and I could see where it had been patched up. I asked to see another one and he told me he had to go and pray and that I needed to hurry up and choose. He was incredibly abrupt, flat out rude and was on the phone majority of the time. In the end I purchased a new tyre for £70 and it was only £54 online. I’ve been here before and the service was perfect. Today was awful enough for me to never go back.

Had an issue with a hire car tyres, the young guy helped out. Amazing customer service.

Friendly, efficient and great local biz, always busy but that’s a good sign 👍

They changed my tyre and put the wrong size on which led me to fail my MOT
When i went back two days later one of the guys working there was rude aggressive and would not take accountability as a woman i felt quite unsafe in that environment.
After arguing for about 15 mins one of the other guys working there changed the tyre for me

Do not go to this place at all they are scammers and incompetent

Customer service was excellent and cheap too

Asked kindly for a retorque after refurbishing my wheels and change of wheel nuts. The employee working changed the wheel nuts however did it with no care at all and chipped my freshly done wheels in front of me, I told him to be careful and he ignored me. Then had the audacity to straight up deny doing any damage and then charge me £10 despite chips of my alloy being on the floor. Might be alright for a tyre change, but have 0 care or customer service to admit to being wrong or do the job requested correctly as he didn’t torque them at all.

Had a puncture repaired here, after a couple of months started to leak so took to another garage, was told it had an illegal repair (melted the inside of the tyre) should have had a mushroom pull through patch applied. Shame as they’re a local business! Sure they’re fine for replacements.
